The Vertical Check Valve is an automatic valve specifically designed for installation in vertical pipelines to prevent backflow. Its disc moves up and down along the vertical centerline within the valve body. It must be installed on a vertical pipe with the medium flowing upwards. When the upward pressure of the medium is sufficient to overcome the disc's weight (and any spring force), the disc is lifted, opening the passage. When the flow decreases or stops, the disc automatically returns to its seat, sealing off backflow. With its simple structure and reliable sealing, this valve is commonly used at pump outlets, in high-rise building water supply systems, and other vertical networks where backflow is not permitted.
