Lined Plug Valve is a special valve based on the traditional plug valve, with a layer of fluoroplastic (such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc.) lining on the inner surface of flow-contacting components such as the valve body and plug. The closing element of the plug valve is a conical or cylindrical plug with a through-hole, which achieves opening and closing by rotating 90 degrees. This design enables the valve to effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, while maintaining the advantages of plug valves such as rapid opening/closing, good sealing performance, and easy maintenance. Lined Plug Valves are widely used in corrosive medium pipeline systems in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and dye.
