Lined Gate Valve is a special valve based on the traditional gate valve, with a layer of fluoroplastic (such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc.) lining on the inner surface of flow-contacting components such as the valve body, gate, and seat. This design enables the valve to effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, while maintaining the advantages of gate valves such as low flow resistance, good sealing performance, and long service life. Lined Gate Valves are widely used in corrosive medium pipeline systems in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and dye, especially suitable for operating conditions requiring complete opening or closing.
