Lined Ball Valve is a special valve based on the ball valve, with a layer of fluoroplastic (such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc.) lining on the inner surface of flow-contacting components such as the valve body, ball, and seat. This design enables the valve to effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, while maintaining the advantages of ball valves such as rapid opening/closing, reliable sealing, and low flow resistance. Lined Ball Valves are widely used in corrosive medium pipeline systems in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and dye, making them ideal control devices for transporting corrosive fluids.
