The Lift Check Valve is a valve that operates automatically based on the pressure differential of the medium, with its disc moving up and down along the vertical centerline of the valve body. When the inlet pressure is sufficient, the fluid pushes the disc off the valve seat, creating a passage. When the flow stops or reverses, the disc automatically returns to the seat under its own weight and the back-pressure, thereby cutting off any backflow. This valve type is compact and offers excellent sealing, though its flow resistance is slightly higher than that of a swing check valve. It is typically installed on horizontal pipelines and is suitable for clean media, widely used in water, steam, and oil pipeline systems.
