Ball Valves

Integral High-Temperature Ball Valve

  • High-Temperature Design: Utilizes metal-to-metal hard seats or high-temperature soft seats (like PPL), often combined with a heat dissipation structure, to ensure reliable sealing and operation at high temperatures.
  • Integral Body: Features a compact, one-piece body that offers higher pressure-bearing capabilities and fewer leak paths compared to two-piece or three-piece designs.
  • Low Resistance, High Flow Capacity: A full-bore design ensures minimal pressure loss as the medium flows through.
  • Reliable Sealing, Long Life: Employs a spring-loaded seat structure with automatic compensation, and the sealing pair materials are resistant to wear and high temperatures, ensuring a long service life.
  • Simple Structure, Easy Maintenance: Compared to gate and globe valves for similar applications, it is smaller, lighter, and more convenient to operate and maintain.

The Integral High-Temperature Ball Valve is a specialized ball valve designed for high-temperature services. Its integral body construction reduces potential leak paths, enhancing the valve's overall rigidity and reliability. By utilizing special high-temperature resistant materials for its seats (such as PPL, hard alloys) and incorporating design features like extended stems and heat sinks to protect the packing and actuator, it can operate stably and continuously in environments up to 400°C or higher. This valve is widely used in steam systems, thermal oil pipelines, and the petrochemical industry as a reliable shut-off and control device for high-temperature media.
