Ball Valves

3-Way Ball Valve

  • Multi-Functional Flow Path Control: The L-port enables 90-degree flow diversion, while the T-port allows for splitting, mixing, and 180-degree switching.
  • Compact Structure: A single 3-way ball valve significantly saves space and cost compared to an assembly of multiple 2-way valves.
  • Reliable Sealing: Often designed with a four-sided seat to ensure reliable sealing in all positions.
  • Convenient Operation: Complex flow path switching can be achieved with a simple 90 or 180-degree rotation.
  • Multiple Connection Types: Available in various connection types, including flanged, threaded, and welded ends.

The 3-Way Ball Valve is a versatile valve with three ports, used to divert, mix, or switch the flow direction of media in a pipeline. It is primarily categorized into L-port and T-port types based on the flow path design of its core ball. The L-port valve is typically used for switching the flow direction, guiding the medium from one inlet to one of two outlets. The T-port valve is more versatile, capable of not only switching flow but also enabling the interconnection of all three ports (for mixing) or splitting flow from one inlet to two outlets (for diverting), making it a key component for complex fluid control in piping systems.
