The 3-Piece Pneumatic Ball Valve is an automated valve assembly consisting of a 3-piece ball valve body and a pneumatic actuator. Its "3-piece" design, where the body is composed of two end caps and a central body clamped by bolts, offers the significant advantage of extremely convenient in-line maintenance. It allows for internal inspection and seal replacement without removing the entire valve from the pipeline. Paired with a pneumatic actuator, it provides rapid shut-off or opening of the pipeline medium, making it widely used in industrial automation control systems with high demands for switching speed and ease of maintenance.
